Your postal address is required to allow us to send your newsletters and journal.

HMS will make most contact via email, therefore we ask that if possible please use a stable home email address, rather than work or university email addresses that can change.

If you are paying for HMS membership as a gift, please insert their name, email address, delivery address and also create them a username and password (which can be changed at a later date). Your name and email should be included in the billing details page.

Please consider donating through Gift Aid, this means charities can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give. Only UK income tax/captital gains payers can give gift aid, however it will not cost you any extra to do so.
