Roman and Early Medieval Alloys Defined (REMADE)
Hybrid event. Whiteknights Campus, University of Reading, UK.
REMADE is a UKRI project based at the University of Reading, running to 2030, which aims to create a new framework for the study of copper alloys across the UK for the 1st Millennium AD. It combines new chemical analysis, small finds interpretations and data models, to understand metal movement, craft choice, alloying, recycling, identity and more. We are working with over 16 partners from across UK heritage, and are grateful for their collaboration and support. Please see our website for more details: research.reading.ac.uk/REMADE
